Painted Ladies Tour Company is a company that started out as a dream. My wife and I wanted to share the city we both love so much with others in a way that deepen connection with our customers through a unique and intimate experience. Every tour we provide, we share, we laugh, we think, we get silly and serious and create long lasting memories together. Nothing makes us happier than when our customers say we have made their day so special or that they are so happy they chose us. Or that we have gone above and beyond and they have been blown away with the experience we provide. That is why we do what we do. We love our customers and want them to feel energized and amazed after a tour with us and to share this enthusiasm with their friends and family and colleagues. Without our customers, there is no Painted Ladies Tour Company and this why we always put our customers first. Our team consists of people who recognize our vision and share this same enthusiasm and values. Spreading joy, one tour at a time.
Happiness requires acknowledging that life is a delicate dance of both joy and sorrow. Therefore, we are creating our sister company, Seven Sisters to help provide self care and wellness. Our curated care packages, can be added on to your tour for yourself or all of your guests and will offer a hand selected collection of local products to make you feel pampered and nourished. Vanilla scented candles, CBD bath bombs, artisan CBD gummies and sampling of organic beauty products will give you a taste of San Francisco and will take your experience from the tour bus to the hotel room or to your home. Pearl
1968 VW Type 2 Transporter Bus named after the late great Janis Joplin.
Likes: Pearl is loving her brand new 1776 cc engine, transmission, disc brakes
Lap belts, shoulder restraints, groovy sound system and updated USB chargers for all her guests. She loves to make people smile.
Her best attributes: She is outgoing and fun, and everyone loves her beautiful eyes and gorgeous lashes.
Accolades: Pearl took 2nd place in a recent vintage car show.
Dislikes: Rainy days, rude mean people and staying home.
Poppy
1975 VW Type 2 Transporter Bus, named after the California state flower, the Golden Poppy.
Likes: Poppy is a country girl at heart, but really loves exploring in the big city too. She is outgoing, adventurous and enjoys meeting new people.
Her best attributes: Her new 2.0 liter engine, transmission,disc brakes, USB charging ports, seat belts/shoulder restraints, vibrant orange paint, her colorful poppy mural headliner, and of course her beautiful eyelashes.
Accolades: Poppy is very loyal and was with her original owner for 40 years before joining our team.
Dislikes: Rain, bossy big buses and sitting at home.
Skye
1971 VW Type 2 Transporter Bus named after California’s big blue skies.
Likes: Skye is loving her brand new 1776 cc engine, transmission, tires, disc brakes, lap belts, shoulder restraints, groovy sound system and updated USB chargers for all her guests.
Her best attributes: She has a beautiful blue paint, big eyes, and a hand painted mural of a California sunset.
Dislikes: Cloudy, rainy days and Karl the Fog.
Buttercup
1974 VW Type 2 Transporter named after the California Buttercup.
Likes: Buttercup loves turning heads with her hot pink paint and beautiful floral headliner. Shes also enjoys showing guests the vibrant neighborhoods of San Francisco.
Her best attributes: She is reliable and super smooth shifting with her automatic transmission!
Dislikes: Covid 19, Social distancing and sheltering in place.
